DWI joins the Hazon Seal of Sustainability

The Deep Water Initiative is thrilled to announce our partnership with Hazon, a faith-based environmental organization that is dedicated towards building an environmentally sustainable world for all. DWI has joined the Hazon Seal of Sustainability, which certifies an organization’s commitment to safeguarding our natural environment and inspiring the connection between Judaism and Ecology. Participating in the Hazon Seal signifies that DWI, along with a network of over 50 Jewish organizations across the nation, is emerging as a ​​leader in the realm of Jewish sustainability. Over the next year, the DWI will be working to re-imagine our model of community leadership and will be launching projects that will further develop our vision of education, community outreach, and pathways to change.
